This is a build utilizing the Alexander Arms Complete upper, torn down to use the products we like to use, to include the Battle Arms Development 15″ Workhorse Handguard, Lantac Dragon Brake, A2 Rifle Stock, Magpul K2+ Grip, Seekins Ambi Safety, Radian Raptor Charging handle, Mil-Spec Trigger and KNS Precision Anti-Rotation/Walk Pins and finally a Magpul Bi-Pod. If you love shooting varmints, you know about the 17hmr, and this is no slouch of a build.
