Custom Builds
When commissioning our company to build your next custom firearm, a 50% deposit is required to get the build started. This deposit is refundable with a 20% restocking fee once the gun is sold to another customer. Once the firearm is complete, we will contact you to arrange final payment prior to shipment. We will do our very best to supply a timeline for your custom build, but we can not guarantee it. Final payment must be made within 30 days of final invoice or we must put firearm up for sale.
Turnaround Time
We do our very best to keep our backlog as short as possible, mostly 6 to 8 weeks.
Warranty
We warranty our guns 100%, excluding transportation to and from our repair facilities, damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance, sales outside the United States, damage due to use of high velocity, high pressure, reloaded or other nonstandard ammunition, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product.
Shipment
You must include the following form with your firearm: Repair Form
Federal Law allows our customers to ship firearms or frames to us for service or repair. Make sure you do not use the Postal Service as it is a violation of Federal law. You can use Federal Express or UPS, but make sure you comply with their policies. Anything other than firearms or frames can be sent via Postal Service as well. If you are purchasing a new frame/firearm from us, please email us a copy of an FFL you would like to use. We can ship via Postal Service to another FFL to save on shipping costs.
Repairs/Custom Work
Effective immediately, due to overwhelming volume of work, we are unable to provide quotes on custom work and repairs, excluding warranty. The charge for repairs and custom work will be $75 per hour plus parts and shipping, as long as it takes, unable to provide estimate.
